Seen last year in bligh waters Fiji. I'm 99% certain it's a parrotfish, but exhausted all my sources for parrotfish pictures without finding a good match. The closest guess I have is a transitional scarus longipinnis, but that seems a stretch.

Looks immature. Parrots are often quite different - immature/juvenile VS mature.

Also male/female.
 
I wonder if it isn't a Lyretail Wrasse. Sure looks like a Parrotfish, but the coloring and headshape is very close.
