Not going to discuss the ins and outs on here, but sadly, Pip Upright a very experienced diver, passed away on Friday 9th Oct.
She was rushed to hospital after ascending from a dive with a problem, unfortunately another diver found her at 3m with no reg in and unconscious.
She was taken to hospital where later she sadly passed away.
Our thoughts are with her Husband and family and to everyone who knew her.
