Piranha 1st Stage for O2 Bottle

I am looking at using one of these DIN 1st stages for my AL40 100% O2 bottle and just want to get the tribes input. Any known issues or gotchas on these regs? Yes, I know I will need to have it cleaned to use on the 100% bottle.

it's been on my O2 bottle for ~2 years now, hasn't been cleaned or rebuilt since. Took it out of the bag, put a SPG and second stage on it, and off I went.

I use that one as my DS inflation reg.... problem free for two years.
