It is also possible to enjoy delicious dinner at the Tipsy Seagull Restaurant. Due to the exclusivity of this restaurant, the staff will deduct an amount of US$ 36.00 per person on your consumed meals. The remaining amount will be charged to your room or has to be paid. When dinning at the Tipsy Seagull with a group of more then 8 persons a reservation has to be made before 3.00 pm.

The Tipsy Seagull may also require a collared shirt for the guys along with some of the finer restaurants in town. So it doesn't hurt to bring one along.

Here's a link to the restaurant section of their website. It includes sample menus and such. Bonaire Resort's Restaurant & Bar Options | Plaza Resort Bonaire

Here's an added clarification on the lunch and dinner credits.

The All-inclusive guest has a credit by dinner of US$ 36.00 to spend on the a la carte card. When they are over the amount, they have to pay the extra's by themselves.
At the buffet they can eat as much as they want.
For the lunch it is the same, but then they have a credit of US$ 24.00.

So in other words, you may chose to eat all you want from the buffet. Or you may order directly from the menu. Just keep in mind your credit amounts if you do so.
