Join us to dive the prestine waters of Kimbe Bay, Witu Islands, and Fathers Reef areas located in the northern reaches of PNG near the island of New Britain. This is a true diving expedition. This area has been chosen due to the diversity of wildlife both above and below the water. For photographers this is a place that affords opportunity for both macro and wide angle. The diversity may often make it hard to choose! We have the potential of encountering anything from pygmy seahorses to false killer whales. Amazing corals, all colors of the rainbow, and too many fish species to count!
We have chosen the Fabrina Live-a-Board which is famous for dive adventures in this area. We will be embarking from the world renowned Walindi Dive Resort. The Febrina is a botique style live-a-board, carrying only 12 passengers, in comfort and style. The Febrina has recently finished a refit upgrading all staterooms with in-suite bathrooms. There are now two single berth staterooms with in-suite bathrooms and no single supplement charge! These private rooms will go quick so deposit soon!
The most convenient route to Port Moresby, PNG is via Australia. This will require at least one nights stay in Port Morsby in order to connect with your flight to the Walindi resort on May 31st. If you wish to arrive by the 28th we are arranging a stay at the Loloata Resort in Port Moresby which also offers world class diving. Our agents can assist you in arranging all international flights and hotel stays while in transit along with extra nights diving at Walindi, Highland tours and possible stay overs/tours in Australia.
