Polyolefin Jumpsuit Warranty

Hi,

I recently purchased a Henderson Polyolefin Jumpsuit for a one week dive trip to Cozumel.

From the first dive of the trip the seams in the left wrist and crotch area began coming apart and got worse over time.

The suit was purchased in October 2014 so should be under your warranty, but I don't want another Polyolefin suit as a replacement.
What are my warranty options?

Would it be possible to get credit for this suit towards purchase of a Henderson 3mm Thermoprene wetsuit?

they're at DEMA this week so you probably won't get anything back until next week or after Thanksgiving. Go back to the dealer you bought it from, they should take care of you.

Thanks, I forgot about DEMA this week.

LDS doesn't carry Henderson so this was a Leisure Pro purchase, and LP defaults to the manufacturer's warranty if the item has been used.
