Recommendations not really but ocean Enterprises in San Diego. Also peter Denhaan does Poseidon. Not ever dove with any of them but they have both trained a lot of divers.
If you go to this page, you can find a list of dealers in the US at the bottom, they may be a starting place for you to find a shop that sells/trains Poseidon units:

If you search this page Poseidon USA and select the "Rebreather Center" checkbox, you may find a suitable location. It looks like the only Rebreather Center there is this one:
