I use Google Drive.

A tip on uploading video, you need to cut it to just the section that most interested to everyone and filter out the sound. You'll be amazed how much memory you cut out the garbage part of the video clip. Typically I can take out 75 to 90% of the garbage clip.
Thanks, Dan. I did this for my own videos and it dropped the size down by like 80-90%. I am going to try to encourage the others to do the same as well.

how do you cut out sections of the raw video easily?? 95% of my video is not useful, but I have to go through the whole editing process normally. Is there a quick easy way to chop up videos?

It isn't a powerful editor at all, but if you just want to chop out parts easily the free GoPro Player will do that.
