Printing from Subsurface

I'm using Subsurface to keep logs of my dives, but I still like to keep a physical copy of my logbook as well.

Is there a quick/easy way to print/export the data in a nice logbook sized page?

I'm currently exporting to a CSV and then doing a mail merge in Word every time I log dives.

You can directly print logbook pages from Subsurface (with adjustable templates). Alternatively, you can use the export to TeX functionality if you are familiar with that program.
