Puck Pro Deep Setting

Just got my Puck Pro and going through the User Guide there is no mention of the Deep setting that comes up under the Dive mode.

Whats this setting and why isn't it in the manual?

It's an option to turn on deep stops (if you feel they are helpful or necessary) not in the original firmware.

This is it. Finally found a page deep on mares.com that referenced a late firmware update to the Puck Pro line allowing deep stops to be optioned. No manuals mention it.
