QLR3 and QLR4 weight pockets

Hi everyone, I picked up a second hand excursion, and just noticed the recall issued a few years ago for the QLR3 weight pockets (black ones).
Are they interchangeable with the QLR4 pockets that are available now in the shops?

Yes they are interchangeable. Just got a set last night.
