What defines a Good Dive Center?

- Why sometimes we go to small budget dive centers and we get TOP service and dive experience, and in some cases the big players are really... really bad.

In a few words:
What you describe as A GREAT DIVE CENTER SERVICE?

What do you expect as a client?

clean rooms, friendly approachable staff
clean air in tanks,
good food reasonable price
not noisy
complete emergency first aid with oxygen
staff that carries my gear :)

At the end of Juy, 05, I requested info about shark tooth diving, and I received the requested info! Just want to say thanks for your reply. I can now recommend a dive shop should anyone ask me! will

IMHO, a great dive center is one that:
personalizes service and provides quality equipment and courteous service
finds a happy medium regarding dive experience and dive site
caters to each diver equally
has good safety practices
anticipates the needs of the divers
and does not hold divers to some "schedule." IOW, no stress.

Of course, is affordable.
