If it's real, whoever was the meal has some seriously high blood pressure to make such a nice fountain. Something like 3000 psi over 60, I'd venture.
 
I vote for fake!
Everything is framed just too well in the shot.
Looks like the same aspect ratio as movie film.
 
Given that the boy is in water about 2-1/2 feet deep, and considering the size of the dorsal fin relative to the boy's size, I'd say that a great white of that size would have somewhat of a difficult time getting about. Not that it's not possible.
 
Needless to say, I vote for fake because of the picture's very existence.

That's a tremendous amount of blood to completely saturate that much water..
