What's the deal with the rebreather? You won't ship it until you get proof the winner takes the class?

Drawing is over now.

The rebreather winner will be required to take the appropriate training, with an authorized dealer/instructor, first before claiming possession of it. Makes sense as you don't want someone thinking they can do it without the training and then going out and offing themselves.
