Received a new Atomic Venom mask today. Will be diving it in tropical conditions. Anything special for the Atomic Venom that I should do (or not do) to the new mask glass before diving it? Use M Essential's Mask Pre Cleaner? Something less; something more?

Thanks

Take some toothpaste (paste not gel) and rub it on the lens and then scrub it with an old toothbrush. Scrub it really good, you won't hurt it. This will remove the silicone residue let over from the manufacturing process. I would do this a couple of times. You will still have to apply anti fog to the lenses every time before you use it. Make sure the lenses are dry before you apply it and then fill it with water until you are ready to use it. This will keep the anti fog from drying on your lenses. If anyone tells you to just burn it off with a lighter run the other way fast.
