Removal of a big piece of backscatter using Lightroom

It has a dust removal tool that is rather powerful and eliminates the need for ad hoc single spot removals. The best is to avoid backscatter when you shoot lol

Thats generally what i do, edit in PS, duplicate layer, magic wand to roughly select blue water. Run dust and scratches filter then a white brush on the mask to paint in the areas of scatter the wand missed.

Sometimes then add a small bit of noise.
