Looking for any advice on patching leaks in a BC bladder. Materials, techniques, etc.

Where is it leaking? If from a seam, its tough to get a good seal.

Aquaseal in general is good stuff, but much depends on what the bladder is made of and where its leaking. The BEST option is to patch it from the INSIDE, but in some cases that is impossible (depending on where the hole is, where the dumps are and elbow(s) might be, etc.)

Aqua Seal is the best thing I've found as well. If you have an old BC that you can take a piece of bladder material from and use as a patch from behind the hole or on top if you have to helps it out a lot. Once the bladder looses it's flexibiltiy forget fixing it and salvage what parts you can. Good Luck

If you have a small hole, AquaSeal works great. I had several holes in an old ScubaPro bladder and I just put some AquaSeal over the holes. I didn't use any patches and it held perfectly.
