I am posting this because of the relationship of Robert Gumbiner to Micronesia and scuba diving.

Robert Gumbiner was a doctor and a pioneer of the HMO industry. The article in the link in this post notes that he was a scuba diver and dove in Guam. He also founded the Ethnic Art Institute of Micronesia on the island of Yap to "revive the lost ethnic arts of the Micronesian People."
