I have a "new" FLX Extreme I bought in March. A few weeks ago my exhaust valve started leaking and none of the usual fixes resolved the problem. A quick call to Pam in customer service resulted in my suit being fixed in the time for a planned trip to cave country.

DUI did what was best for me and not necessarily for them. I could not be happier with the service and concern I received. I made my trip and the suit was perfect. Thank you DUI for awesome service and a dry, drysuit on my trip.

My local dealer sold me the first suit but your service after the sale ensured I will buy another DUI when the time comes!
