Rotating Lens Mount

Has anyone used a rotating lens mount like this?

Seems like it would be easy to flip the macro lens on and off, but concerned the lens might flip on in current.

The "Flip" adapters are available from a number of manufactures and not all products work with all housings so chose wisely. This is a review I did a few years ago but it gives some ideas about how useful the flip adapters can be.
