S95 in Canon housing, problems with settings in Manual Mode

I seem to have a problem.

The Zoom out works by pushing the down button

But the Zoom in button is now on the "FUNC SET" button which is needed for other applications.

Pushing the Up button displays, but doesn't change, the same function as the RIGHT button.

The button assignment in ALT mode is:
FUNC SET : Zoom in
DOWN : Zoom out
LEFT : Turn wheel anti-clockwise
RIGHT : Turn wheel clockwise
UP : Show value adjusted by LEFT/RIGHT
PRINT S : Leave ALT mode

To use the normal button assignments leave ALT mode. In normal mode FUNC SET display a menu. To use this menu the LEFT, RIGHT and other buttons must also have their normal function.
