SB Search function malfunction

Every... and I mean EVERY time I try to search, I get the same result...


The search term you specified (SB) is under the minimum word length (3) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer. If this term contains a wildcard, please make this term more specific.



I don't understand this. I have used short & long requests with the same result.

Could you be doing something similar?

The system doesn't search on the term "easiest to service", it searches on "easiest", "to" and "service" .

The terms "easiest" and "service" are acceptable as search criteria, "to" isn't (too short). You can remedy this by either omitting "to" or by using "*to*". However, the latter option will not give you the results you wish.

I'd bet it's due to 1 or 2 letter words in the string... thanks.
