Thanks for the great comments, everyone. We love diving as a family and it's fun for us to share our antics with the commmunity. Sadly, we are in Roatan right now for Spring Break and 3 out of 5 of us have the flu so no diving for us. A pox on Canadian winter!

@grantwiscour Barefoot is a first class, boutique dive op and they offer very private, if somewhat pricey, accommodations on the cay. They are our go-to dive op, partly because they are close by our condo. If you have not been to Roatan before, I would recommend doing a mix of dives on the South Side for the walls and critters and the West Side for the reefscape and larger fauna.
Good info...This will be our fourth trip to Roatan but our first time to dive the South Side of the island. We'll have a week at staying near the West End and diving with our friends at Octopus in Sandy Bay and then move over to BCR for nine more days.
