Does anyone wear the computer on their left wrist and have the transmitter mounted on the right side of their 1st stage? Do you have any lost connections? Just feels more comfortable to wear on my left wrist but I want to keep an SPG on the left as well. Thoughts?

I do the opposite (G2 on the right wrist and transmitter on the left) and it never drops a connection for me. I find it a bit more reliable than the Galileo Sol that I had previously, but that only dropped out intermittently.

You might want to have it checked out at your dive shop. My first G2 had a bad antenna. Scubapro replaced the unit and I have not had any issue with connection loss on the new unit.
