There was a massive sale run on uk bay site and I think in other eu countries a couple of weeks ago they probably sold a lot out

If you get a hold of the item I would recommend getting a package say with MK17 then sell mk17 in us. Single 2nd stage is just a bit cheaper

As I wrote, for both cases (2nd stage only or full reg) I provided the link to two offers. The first one is just for EU, the second one (costing a few eur more) ships also to US.
