By saying "rebuild" do you mean annual service ?

Hi Roman, the TIS is a thermal insulation system. As for inspection/rebuild, an inspection could be your LDS opening the regulator and making the determination that no new parts are in need of replacement. A rebuild means a full rebuild kit was used to replace the orings, high pressure seat, and tuning. I have other regulators that I might part with. I'm considering this item sold pending payment from "Six Feet Under"
