    I was thinking of buying the ys-03 package as a newcomer to underwater photography but reading some of the posts on here about their customer service and lack of help I am thinking it might be a bad idea?

    I see what you mean, I see a lot of posts in this forum, but precious few replies. I get follow up nd return calls from Backscatter on both coasts, but so far I have gotten zip from sea&sea themselves. When I finally do upgrade to modern gear it won't be theirs.
