If you just have a camera and the housing, here's an easy and cheap way to get way better pictures.
Sea & Sea YS-27DX strobe with flex arms, multistay tray, FO cable & nano focus light.

Having a focus light increases significantly the chance that your pictures will be in focus and reduces the time it takes the camera to find the focus. The focus light turns off momentarily when the strobe flashes so that it is not visible in the picture.

Here are the components and the current online prices.

Focus light: ($49) http://reefphoto.com/index.php?main_...oducts_id=1470

2 of these Flex arms: ($80)http://reefphoto.com/index.php?main_...oducts_id=1803

Sea and Sea multistay set. ($150) http://store.aikotradingstore.com/semustset.html

S&S YS-27DX strobe ($350) http://www.crazyscuba.com/pd_sea_and.cfm

Fiber optics: I'm not sure what your camera case will need, but I am just using a regular Toslink cable with one end using the little white velco-on attachment from this kit. http://www.amazon.com/Intova-PX25-Fi.../dp/B000R99FAK

All of the above for $350 plus 2% paypal charge + shipping.
