Seafari Explorer 2 experience?

Hello,
My first post on ScubaBoard. The other threads have been great research, thank you!

My wife and I just booked tickets to the Maldives for next April. We're trying to pick between a couple of liveaboards.

I love the awesome upper deck cabins on the Seafari Explorer 2 but the common areas don't look like they are great for sitting and enjoy conversations. Also, I have yet to find any reviews of this particular liveaboard.

Do any of you have any experience with it?

Our other choice is the Emperor Leo which has more "normal" liveaboard rooms but great looking common areas. Thanks to @Dan for the great trip report on this liveaboard in March!

I would recommend Carpe Vita more than Emperor Leo.

Unfortunately as my wife is a school teacher, we're limited to a week and the Novo trip that week is already full. Thanks for the suggestion though.
