From my "late" Canon G7X I keep the housing and several accesories.

I managed to adapt the LCD Magnifier to Seafrogs housing and I am doing a good use of it. I made a post about it several weeks ago.

I am now thinking of using the wet dome. I do not particularly need it since I have the Seafrogs 6" dome but it would provide me an alternative and a better use for the Seafrogs Standard Port.

This Fantasea dome comes with and adapter to fix to the rectangular port of the housing (for G7X). But this adapter can be screwed off and the you get a flat piece of the dome and petals. The diameter is very - very close to that of the Seafrogs standard port so my idea is to find a way to fix this dome in front of the port (maybe a 3D printed piece) but I wonder if it would work optically, at least with not very wide lenses.
What do you think?
Regards
