On my first dive in Kona my sea life micro HD camera, which I purchased specifically because it is all enclosed and can't flood, FLOODED! I hope there's someone from Sea Life who is reading this forum. I honestly don't know what to do. I had a DC 1200 that just simply died. I had a DC 1400 that I flooded, my own stupid error. This is my third sea life camera. I'm hoping customer loyalty will help for something. Suggestions? This is a trip of a lifetime. I'm so heart sick and angry.

In case anyone is reading this thread, Sea Life is working with me to get a resolution, hopefully in the next day or so. Even if we can't fix this while I'm on the island, they're doing what they can. I really appreciate the great customer service.

Update. SeaLife worked with Kona Honu Divers and I have a new camera (and bought another lens)! Awesome resolution!

ANYTHING can flood. I ABSOLUTELY do NOT believe the camera manufactures that say their cameras cannot flood. That statement is complete garbage.

Sterling that they are making it good, though. That's what matters.

That's great customer service! Kudos to them and good for you!
