Ok, at the risk of stirring up a new argument about lasers (I have read all of the above back and forth re the issues with lasers)...I really am curious, has anyone ever used or checked this one out?

GREEN LASER

They specifically say that it is legal, note the dangers/issues of using it with SAR assets, and then include a lengthy testimonial from the guy in the story posted in this thread (above) who used a green laser to signal a helo.

Thanks.

I carry a laser rescue "flare" on my boat. It shoots a line rather than a dot which is much more effective getting the attention of a pilot or other boat.
