Does anyone please have a close encounter shark story involving a Shark Shield?

We after new stories of where Shark Shield has saved a life or deterred a shark attack, so anyone with a close encounter story please let us know, be greatly appreciated, we have publications wanting new material.

For those of you going “what’s a shark shield” ,Shark Shield is the world’s only scientifically tested and independently proven electrical shark deterrent, customers include the US Coast Guard, the Special Forces, the US, South African and Australian Navies, Abalone Associations, etc.

If you need more then please either go to the Shark Shield website Shark Shield Protection Against Shark Attacks |The Worlds Only Scientifically Proven Shark Deterrent or check out our YouTube Channel for Shark Shield in action https://www.youtube.com/user/Sharkshield?feature=guide

G'dday, I'm one of the new owners of Shark Shield and we are looking for some more current close encounter stories using Shark Shield. Ideally we are after commercial stories like shell, abalone diving etc. that we can write an article about or do short video testimonial.

Thanks!

I can see that this would be beneficial in some diving scenarios. Personally, my concerns would be the operational depth limitation and the entanglement hazard from a 2.2 M antenna. In any regard, it would seem that you have a successful product. I wish you continued success...

There are still sharks out there? Good to hear.

Thanks and FYI, we do have a product for technical diving called a SCUBA7 that does not have the trailing antenna. It has an electrode mounted on the back of your tank and a short antenna on your ankle, so less of an entanglement hazard, however we are out of stock until October The depth limitation is an issue which we'll also have improved by October with an expectation of 75m+, will announce something once the testing is finished.

For Hardhat divers its no worry. That comms wire puts out one HELL of an electrical field around us divers. PS. The best shark repellant is blood. It triggers a survival mechanism inside the brains of sharks that tells them another shark is wounded, dying , dead whatever. That in turn makes all the other sharks panic and flee the immediate area.
