So . . . does the suit utilize some electrical field to foul the shark's sensory apparatus; or some space age fabric, which magically protects one from a 42 bar (600 psi) bite to the abdomen?
 
While they casually mentioned bite force they emphasized the protection against 'slashing'. Bite force of Great White >15,000 newtons. Pressure to break femur, 4,000 newtons. Not to say it might not have some benefit but....
