I had the first stage converted to DIN and have two parts returned, the yoke assembly and the nut. How do I unscrew the Din in order to reattach the Yoke?

You unscrew the Din and screw in your yoke. Just take it into your dive center and they will do it for you.

My older Sherwood DIN have a large nut on the base. Carefully clamp the main reg, take a wrench and unscrew.
Put on the yoke, nut containing the filter goes inside and that tightens down into the same hole. Should be a sealing O-ring on the inside end. You'll need a special wrench to do it though. It's less than a 5" job with the proper tools.
