Short Connection Time in San Juan

Jet Blue just changed our return flights from St Croix so we now have a 33 minute connection time in San Juan at around 5pm on a Monday. Have any of you had such a short connection in SJU? How did it go?

How far apart are the Jet Blue gates likely to be. Jet Blue claims this is a legal connection and will not change us to an earlier flight without charging us a change fee but it seems too short to me.

It is certainly do-able. I have made 20 minute connections in SJU before.

But it isn't fun, and you don't have a lot of margin for error. Remember most aircraft start boarding 30-40 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Is correct. In SJ JB is all in one concourse. The worst part is getting off the plane. I deal with it 1-2 times a week here.
