I just wanted to put out a good word about Big Blue.
They really lived up to standing behind their products.

I was on a live aboard in Raja Ampat when my VL4200 light started shaving itself at the threading. Every time I opened it, there were metal shavings.
The light is less than a year old and I regularly cleaned and lubed the o-rings as well as clean the light itself.
It operated normally and has never been flooded.

When I asked Pam at BB about this, she had never heard of this issue but asked if I wanted to send it in. I did and she said that was the 1st time she had seen this and send me a new one.

Great customer service!

Good to know. I have two of their video/dive lights and really like them! I finally had to replace a battery after a couple years but the lights themselves are still going strong!
