Hello guys, recently I picked up a used Sierra Precision Booster with about 200 hours on it and I like to use it to boost Helium, are there anything I must replace such as piston seals and gasket for Helium? Thanks

No.

They require minimal maintenance, and the maintenance is user-friendly. I believe seals need to be done at 500hours but I can't remember.

Yup, what he said. 500 hours. You can get them from Sierra or American airworks.
