I don't know where else to post this, but I think y'all are the closest I'll get to the area. I'm going on a business trip to Las Vegas in October and was wondering if there's anywhere relatively close to Vegas that's worth diving?
Someone mentioned to me that there's a flooded town somewhere in that general area where the buildings are still there (a hotel, etc.)? Anyway, ANY info would be greatfully accepted. Thanks!
 
I was certified at Lake Mead through UNLV in 89.There is a Scuba park near Henderson that has a sunken ferry and a few boats-not great but something to do.If you can find a charter that will take you on a drift dive below Hoover dam that is worthwhile-lots of fish(huge striped bass)and good vis but the water is COLD!
There is another thread going on about some other dive sites that sound nice?
