I recently tried to order some Accels but was told they would not be available until January due to supply issues. Is there any truth to this claim? Cheers.

for EUR shoe size 42 the Small/Medium model (which shows to be suitable up top 44) should be ok to wear with booties, right?

Id say yes, the foot pockets are surprisingly generous. I'm a 6.5US and had room to play in the XS wearing 5mm boots. FYI the Seawing Nova bungee straps fit right on, IMO better than the silicone, well more robust and for me more comfortable/secure. Good luck. They are a nice light fine with good power.
