Snorkeling in San Diego?

Hello everyone,
I recently moved to San Diego and am trying to find some good snorkeling and dive spots. I've been going to La Jolla a lot but am trying to find some new spots. Many people have told me to check out Laguna Beach, but I was wondering what you guys recommend.
