Sony a5100 and TTL strobes

Hello!
I was told that my camera (Sony a5100 with meikon housing) does not support TTL strobes. I find this pretty strange and I am trying to clarify this.
Can I use TTL strobes (eg S&S YS-03) with my camera?
Does the build in flash support ttl?

I think I got the answer. By TTL he meant electronic TTL that (obviously) my camera doesn't support. I meant optical/slave TTL (S-TTL or DS-TTL).
