Congratulations to the shots and objects. I just was in Lembeh also with the same camera but the UCL-100.

I also had Problems with the autofocus using the macro. Unfortunately I didn't have an external Flash so I was only using the L&M2000 Video light. My results where not so good.

Next time I'll try more the Manual Focus.

What about the White Balance? The Color of the shots seems to be quite good balanced! :))
 
Shoot raw, fix WB in post!
 
Excellent shots. Looks like you had no issues of focus as the shots I checked are not cropped

How can you tell if a photo has been cropped?
 
Sorry I wasn't clear. I know it is in the exif info but how do you see this for other people's photos?
 
Most times the aspect ratio is changed plus I know what the various lenses can do and have an exact idea of the magnification possible and the size of creature

Actually I spotted a few 100% crops like this (suspect aspect ratio not 3:2)

The pygmy instead are not cropped, still pretty damn good
