source for stage bottle hose clamp covers?

Hello all, I'm hoping someone here could help me find a place that sells the nylon fabric that is used to cover the hose clamps in some stage kits. See picure below,

They also sell it by the foot. Tubular Nylon Webbing, per {1 ft | 30 cm}

Any nylon tubular webbing will do. Just find the right size..
