Sourcing: INON UWL-100 wide angle lens to Canada

I am looking for an Inon Wideangle (UWL-100) lens or Sea & Sea wide conversion lens #58070 for an Ikelite housing (67mm mount). I need to source the lens in Canada or have it sourced to Canada.

If you know of a repeatable source with good prices that can ship to Canada I would like to hear from you.
