What about the G250HP?

According to the SP Engineering Bulletin #266 when converting a standard G250 to a G250HP then the jam nut 11.250.106 is retained.

I actually took mine apart side by side. They are the same nut.

On the S560 the end without the spline is assembled toward the reg and recesses inside the washer. While it is the other way around on the G250HP.

I'll increase my order to 10.

Remind me. That smooth bore end that recesses into the S560 - doesn't it have a function keeping a barrel oring in position? That's not a critical ring, but it does help keep salt water out of the barrel threads.

Yes there is indeed an oring on both ends of the S560 jam nut.
