Does anyone know if there's a list of accessories that's been released for the Hydros Pro?

Also, could someone please let me know what the point of the "Knife and Accessory Plate" is for? I'm so lost as to how it adds a new spot to mount something.

I don't own one but apparently it's an add-on piece you bolt on to mount a knife or other accessories - briefly covered near the front of this video:

Thanks. I think I understand it better now. Seems to just be a backplate that allows for a screw to be threaded onto. I was thinking it was some specialized system that could work with all different kinds of tools rather than just ones with mounting holes.
