Spotted Burrfish or Porcupine fish?

Look up spotted burrfish on "Reef Fish Identification: Florida, Caribbean, Bahamas" 4th edition DVD. There is one photo (they need more; the fish is listed as uncommon to rare). You will see that the spots are significantly larger around the face and clearly differentiate this fish from porcupine fish.
