42 degrees at A Bay on Saturday - left wrist leaked on second dive....:(

M

Eeeek second dive?? That wasn't even a consideration today. One diver casually mentioned it and was met by dirty looks all around lol. One hour in that cold and coming up to snow and wind was enough for us

Well in truth....we sat in the car with our hands on the vents blowing hot air during the SI......

We had to go in and do a weight check......it was buddy's first dive with a BP/W and we took 8 lbs off his belt for the second.......

On the first dive he had to keep a lot of air in his wing.....so 2 dives........:)

I was almost tempted to dispute that and dive just to prove you wrong.. but then I realized I am ok with being being a wuss!! lol. Even feeling a chest cold starting, so I just don't think that I will get more dives this year. Maybe if we have a really warm day or something, but to get out of the cold water into snow and wind just makes me cringe. I would much rather be done diving for the year on a happy note, then to have crappy last dive memories haunt me all winter

Giant stride through a hole in the ice, makes for an easy shore entry....:)
