I use these strap adjusters. I have extras if its what you are looking for...



you have to raise the Dring about 90deg before it slides. Its pretty secure.

The plates were laser cut out of 3 mm thick 316 ss by a local company.

I made the initial design by autocad so it came out really accurate.

tartullian, thanks for the offer but I'm testing out the double d rings to see if it's as secure as with other options out there. Btw, how much are the strap adjusters?

Yes I did try it out but only for a short time as I was just testing out sm diving n didn't want ot push it.

I'm still working on the modified transpac and another design that's totally radical so I'm actually selling the 2 plates for $90 or thereabouts as I need some more $ to try out some other ideas.

Any takers?
